Below are all of the terms and conditions for commissioning me. Please read before contacting me about a commission. It is important you understand these to avoid misunderstandings.

General:

• You can contact me about commissions at okupokuu@gmail.com
• I reserve the right to decline commissions if i feel uncomfortable
• Please send as much detail as possible when describing your commission, including any references you may have

What do you receive?

• All commissions are recieved in digital format.
• If you buy an add on of getting your commission printed you will also receive the printed product

Process:

• Timescale will depend on the commission, but will usually be at least 3 weeks
• I will start working on the commission after recieving payment
• I will send process images at the end of the sketch and colour stage, at this point you can make any free changes you like. After this point any big changes may come at an extra cost
• At the end of the commission i will send you all files through email

Payment:

• I send you an invoice for payment, you can also pay through PayPal
• At least 50% of non-refundable payment to be received upfront

Copyrighting:

• Your commission is for your personal use only, and use on social media platforms, it is not for commercial purposes
• If you wish to make merchandise using commissioned artwork please contact me for an additional commercial rights
